F5043 Water Flosser

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding a faulty water flow issue. The top nozzle was not fitting properly, which affected the functionality of the product.
I contacted both Customer Services and the dealership on 29 July, but despite this being more than a week ago, I have received no response or acknowledgement. I have been trying to get some form of resolution, whether that is a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable solution, but unfortunately nobody has bothered to respond.
I find this level of customer service extremely disappointing. When a customer takes the time to report a genuine fault, I believe they should at least receive a response and some guidance on how the issue will be resolved.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the company can improve its communication and customer support, as this experience has been very frustrating and has left me extremely disappointed.

Finally, a flosser that's actually convenient!

It's a small investment that makes a huge difference. My teeth have never felt this dentist-clean" at home!"

I'm absolutely loving my new Hangsun Water Dental Flosser! It's compact, easy to handle and surprisingly powerful. The different pressure settings are brilliant --- I tend to use the Clean" mode for a proper deep clean and switch to "Soft" when my gums are feeling a bit sensitive. I'm so glad I decided to upgrade to this oral irrigator; it's just what my dental routine was missing

The Hangsun Water Dental Flosser has been a great addition to our routine, especially for managing braces. The pressure settings are strong enough to clean thoroughly around brackets and wires, and it does a great job removing food particles that traditional floss tends to miss. It's easy to use, the water tank lasts long enough for a full session, and the price is surprisingly affordable compared to some of the bigger-name brands. If you're looking for an effective, budget-friendly flosser that works well with orthodontics, this one is a solid pick.

Having struggled with sensitive gums for years, I was initially hesitant to try a water flosser, but the HANGSUN Water Dental Flosser has completely changed my perspective. After using it consistently for several weeks, I can confidently say it's one of the best investments I've made for my oral health.

What truly stands out is how gentle yet effective this device is. The adjustable pressure settings are a game-changer---I started on the lowest setting, which was soothing and completely irritation-free for my sensitive gums. Over time, I've been able to gradually increase the intensity without any discomfort, and even at higher settings, it never feels harsh or abrasive. It's clear that a lot of thought went into making this flosser both powerful and gum-friendly.

The cleaning performance is remarkable. The water pulsates with just the right force to remove food particles and plaque from between my teeth and along the gumline, areas where traditional flossing often caused bleeding or soreness. My mouth feels incredibly fresh and truly clean after each use---far beyond what I ever experienced with string floss or even mouthwash alone. My dentist even noticed a visible improvement in my gum health during my last check-up.

I also appreciate the practical design. It's lightweight, ergonomic, and easy to maneuver, making my daily routine quick and effortless. The long-lasting battery is a huge plus---I've only charged it once since I started using it. Plus, the set includes multiple nozzle tips, which makes sharing hygienic and convenient for the whole family.

If you have sensitive gums and are looking for a deeper clean without the pain or hassle, I couldn't recommend the HANGSUN Water Flosser more. It's affordable, surprisingly powerful for its compact size, and delivers professional-level results right at home. This little device has made oral care something I actually look forward to!

Good! But super powerful, quite painful on some settings and made gums bleed.

Works well on lower setting and most definitely leaves teeth properly clean!

Arrived on time,

early days but so far so good, seems a well made product.

really reasonable. Can't wait for my next dentist appointment to see if they notice a difference --- I'm already chuffed with the improvement!"

After using this water flosser for some time now, I must say I'm genuinely pleased with its performance. The 300ml reservoir is a practical size---it holds just enough water for a thorough clean without the need for frequent refills_the tank is easy to remove and clean. Being cordless and portable adds to its convenience, making it just as easy to use at home as it is to take along when travelling.

I particularly appreciate the four cleaning modes, which allow you to adjust the pressure to your preference. The customisable strength setting is especially useful, as it lets me find just the right level for my comfort. It offers plenty of power to effectively remove food debris and plaque, yet remains gentle on sensitive gums when switched to a softer mode.

Another plus is the IPX7 waterproof rating---it's completely safe to use in the bathroom without any worry. The rechargeable battery holds its charge well and tops up relatively quickly. All in all, it's a reliable and budget-friendly alternative to the pricier brands---it certainly leaves my mouth feeling thoroughly fresh and clean.

This is a reliable water flosser. I have had this one for over 3 years and used at least 2 times a day. One of the charging prongs weakened and broke off when I cleaned it or this water flosser would still be going. I found the speed and pressure to be very good, and it cleaned my teeth profoundly better than flossing. It has been easy to use, easy to charge, which remains strong and lasts for days into over a week. One suggestion is to be sure to protect the charging port by using the rubber plug that keeps it dry while in use. Otherwise, water will cause corrosive buildup and shorten the life of this water flosser. I am purposely purchasing it again because I had 3 years of very satisfied use and hope to gain even more now that I know to plug that port consistently.
